3D Floor plans are decisive and detrimental for clients’ design understanding!

Floor plans are indispensable, paramount and highly powerful when it comes to expressing a floor’s design to potential and useful clients. Floor plans help in depicting a floor’s design by technically and systematically disclosing the relationships between different rooms and other vital spaces in a floor.  With the assistance of a floor plan the placement of various architectural and MEP components or elements of a floor can also be understood such as the location and placement of doors, windows, stairs and lighting fixtures etc.

When it comes to architectural and engineering industry floor plans are frequently addressed as ‘Scottish plan.’ 3D floor plan is relatively and comparatively easy to understand in contrast to 2D floor plan since later one involves too many architectural signs and symbols in it which it a bit too complicated. However 3D floor plans are very simple when it comes to gaining an understanding from them since complicated architectural signs and symbols are excluded in them.  A highly impressive view is provided to viewers by 3D floor plans and a definite and explicit understanding is gained from them by clients or viewers.

Roof or ceiling is always excluded or eliminated in a floor plan since it represents the internal design of a floor. An image of a 3D floor plan looks like as if it is shot by camera from a little above it.

When it comes to expressing or clarifying the design of a floor, 3D rendered floor plans are even more helpful and important. A rendered floor plan incorporates all the crucial and cardinal materials and objects in it such as furniture and other necessary home items. For example, it clearly shows a room with full furniture such as living room is decorated with beautiful sofa set and classy centre tables etc. Similarly a bedroom is shown with all important furniture such as double bed and side tables etc. So when rooms or spaces are justified with appropriate furniture it becomes even easier for clients to understand the design.

When it comes to the marketing presentations of a property or building they are always incorporated with 3D floor plan images that are fully rendered.
